Privacy Policy
ArtifyAI (“ArtifyAI”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at artifyai.app and the AI image-generation service available through it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, approximate location (from your IP address) and device/browser information, collected through analytics.
- Prompts and generated images — the text prompts you enter and the images the service generates for you.
- Payment information — when you buy credits or a plan, payments are handled by our payment provider (Creem). We receive transaction and subscription status, not your full card number.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising” below.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the image-generation service and your account.
- To process payments, credits and subscriptions.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.
- To measure and improve the product using aggregated analytics.
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases or important changes.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, analytics and advertising.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
Advertising: we display ads through Google AdSense and other ad partners. These third parties may use cookies to serve and personalise ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- You can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
- You can learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Visitors in the EEA/UK are asked for consent, where required, before non-essential cookies are set.
Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following providers to operate ArtifyAI. Your data may be processed by them for the purposes shown:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth), analytics and advertising.
- Creem — payment and subscription processing.
- Replicate — runs the AI models that generate your images; your prompts are sent to Replicate to produce results.
- Cloudflare — backend hosting, storage and database.
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
Your Prompts and Generated Content
Your prompts are sent to our model provider (Replicate) to generate images, and may be retained briefly by that provider to deliver the result.
We do not sell your prompts or images, and we do not use them to train our own models. You keep the rights to the images you generate (see our Terms of Service).
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above (acting on our behalf), where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data Retention
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Data Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s Privacy
ArtifyAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
